Yellow Brick Games is currently looking for a multi-skilled and resourceful IT Specialist. As an IT Specialist you will be required to manage hardware, network and security needs for the entire studio and implement procedures/protocols to support the company.

Responsibilities

  • 1st line of IT support for local and remote users.
  • Installation, modification, and repair of computer equipment.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Track inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Assist on the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Address employees’ queries regarding software needs and hardware issues.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment on local and remote employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of the Windows environment.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Experience with IT issues in back-office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great computer hardware knowledge.
