Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain tools and systems that allow content creators to facilitate the production.
• Work closely with our Audio director to create and ensure delivery of high-quality audio systems and efficient workflows with innovative tool creation.
• Analyse the performance of the tools and the audio system and optimize accordingly.
• Document and support feature creation.
• Support and maintain voice and localisation pipelines.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Programmer and taking games from concept to completion.
• 2 years of experience in Audio Programming.
• At least one shipped AAA or AA title in the PC or console space.
• Strong C++ programming skills is a mandatory.
• Knowledge in game development for multi-threaded systems.
• Expertise in debugging techniques and software development practices.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Self-sufficient and resourceful; able to identify and work with technical constraints.
• Knowledge of audio fundamentals (Occlusion, Reverb, sound propagation etc.)
• Experience with Unreal and third party audio middleware (Wwise) a plus.
