Yellow Brick Games is hiring a Physics Programmer to join our team of experienced developers working on an exciting new fantasy action-adventure IP (unannounced). In this role, you will work closely with other Programmers to create impactful gameplay experiences for our players.
We are always on the look out for talented professionals who would be a good fit for our studio. Yellow Brick Games is based in Quebec City, Canada, with an office space in Montreal. To offer maximum flexibility to our employees, we are open to and experienced with remote-work situations. Responsibilities:
- Develop physics features and tooling with other gameplay programmers.
- Support memory and performance requirements.
- Work with others to build and maintain a strong codebase and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Physics Programmer, taking games from concept to completion.
- At least one shipped AAA or AA title in the PC or console space.
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Self-sufficient and resourceful; able to identify and work with technical constraints.
Extra:
- Experience with Unreal and Chaos a plus.
