Qu\u00e9bec, mercredi le 27 mars 2024 <\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Yellow Brick Games, un nouveau studio ind\u00e9pendant fond\u00e9 par des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de l\u2019industrie du jeu vid\u00e9o, dont Thomas Giroux, Jeff Skalski, Mike Laidlaw et Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric St-Laurent B., annonce aujourd’hui un d\u00e9veloppement majeur dans son premier projet. \u00c0 partir d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, le studio prendra une nouvelle direction en se tournant vers l’auto\u00e9dition. Cette annonce marque une \u00e9tape significative dans le parcours du studio, confirmant donc la dissociation de son \u00e9diteur am\u00e9ricain. Ce changement n\u2019affectera pas les plans de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de 68 d\u00e9veloppeurs de mettre en march\u00e9 ce premier jeu en 2025, tel que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s plus de quatre ann\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler sur le projet, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a partag\u00e9 un bref aper\u00e7u du nouveau jeu d\u2019action-aventure sur ses r\u00e9seaux sociaux ce matin. Le jeu sera d\u00e9voil\u00e9 le 2 avril prochain par le grand media am\u00e9ricain IGN, en plus d\u2019une couverture compl\u00e8te tout au long du mois offrant plusieurs d\u00e9tails sur ce titre.<\/p>\n

Le studio reste dans une solide position pour offrir l’exp\u00e9rience de jeu de haute qualit\u00e9 et innovante \u00e0 laquelle il s’\u00e9tait initialement engag\u00e9 en 2020. Pour Yellow Brick Games, cette situation est une occasion de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement du savoir-faire en commercialisation de jeux vid\u00e9o \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec et au Qu\u00e9bec, de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante, tout comme d\u2019autres studios tel que Sabotage l\u2019ont fait avec grand succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n
