Yellow Brick Games is hiring a Project Manager to join our team of experienced developers working on an exciting new IP. In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and work closely with the art production teams. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production activities of both internal and external art dependencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish art production timeline with art leadership and production managers.
  • Maintain overall asset production with both internal and external partners.
  • Track and identify production workflow opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Art leadership to realign the schedule and team dependencies as needed.
  • Maintain, report, and ensure clear visibility on both internal and external art production assets.
  • Report and provide weekly snapshots on the project’s overall art progress.
  • Participate to mitigation and risk assessment planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience of managing an art team.
  • At least one shipped AAA or AA title in the PC or console space.
  • Familiar with bug tracking and planning software such as Jira and Hansoft.
  • Familiar with Kanban and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage professionally several topics with key delivery dates.
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful; critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Bi-lingual in English and French is required for this position.
